Nothing was really accomplished except they used a shop vac to vacuum my vents.
I bought it on a group on.  The communication was nonexistent. No one answers the
phone. It would have been easier to skip the whole thing.

I purchased an amazon online deal to have my air ducts cleaned. The technicians hooked up a week suction device to suck all of the dust out of my heating vents, then started to do the hard sell and tried to scare me into paying an additional $1,300 to have the vents actually cleaned. It is a scam beware and a waste of time and money.

Originally came to clean out the dryer vent but I was also having an issue with the sump pump and he was able to fix it so it was, and still is, working. The dryer vent is a long one that goes through my crawl space and it hadn't been cleaned in many years. Lots of stuff came out and I am glad I had it done.

Total scam artists. DO NOT HIRE
They use hard upselling techniques and will not take no for an answer
They try and get you to agree to as many services as possible, then only do a minimal amount of work once you sign and leave.
I still found debris and other crap in the vents they cleaned.
I'm sure they only cleaned the vents near the room I was in when I waited for them to get done.
They also charged higher prices than other duct companies to for the same price.
If only I had checked Angies list before hiring them!

The two men that came to do the service were polite and neat.  The lead kept adding on things that had to be done or more things for me to buy.  He said there was mold in the ducts and that they needed further cleaning and sanitizing, which was extra.  Cleaning the cold air return was an extra charge.  I stopped at that point.  I didn't want mold in my heating ducts, but I really don't know if there was.  He showed me a picture he said he took of my ducts, and said that what I saw in the picture was mold.  I would have thought I would have smelled it if  was there, but I let them further clean and sanitize the ducts because I was concerned about the mold possibility.  After they left, I noticed that they had not put a heavy cabinet back that they had moved and they had unplugged my TV and not plugged it back in.

I bought a duct cleaning deal from Amazon Local from this company. They came out and while I was expecting the cost to be more than the value of the deal, I had no idea what was going to happen. After walking me through a long list of services they would do (and had apparently already begun), while keeping the total price covered, the lead guy (named Mozy or Moses) finally unveiled the price. Then he walked me through all the 'discounts' he had added and I told him it seemed insane--with tax, the price would be almost $4000! Somehow after walking me through it again and explaining the extra value (furnace warranty, $49/year maintenance for life, filters everywhere) somehow I went for it.
I think it was partially because I was sick and out of it, watching a crying 10 month old at the time, and trying to get some work done since I took the morning off to get this done, so I just wanted them to get it done and go. I really don't know why I agreed, I knew it was crazy but somehow they suckered me into it.
After it was all done and I was able to do some research here on Angie's list, I found that the MOST anybody seems to pay for this kind of service from other companies, even with a big house that hasn't been done in many years (like ours) is maybe $800, usually more like $500. Yes, this company did throw in a 'free' (ha!) UV filter for the furnace, but still, c'mon.
Do not, repeat--DO NOT EVER hire these guys. I found other reviews of them online, not to be trusted. The work actually seemed ok and the guys were all nice and professional, but they completely took me for a ride and I'm furious. Caveat emptor, I know...an expensive lesson learned, but hopefully this will prevent others from making the same mistake.
