Honestly,a child with a box of crayons could have done a better job with the repair. Initially he convinced us he had the knowledge and skill to perform the repair. The finished product proved otherwise. While he willingly attempted to make right the shortcomings of his repair work, it quickly became evident he was without skill. He produced a can of dark stain and with a grubby rag began clumsily applying the stain on the target spot (as well as everything else). Quickly realizing he was incompetent I had him cease the work. He offered excuses (stains were too dark or too light or it was too dark or a workplace to see well or similar excuses) that were inconsistent with the claims he made when we first brought the piece in to him for repair. A very painful experience. Also, he had the chair for months and knew we were not in a rush for it but it looked like a rushed job.

I recommend them. They're the best. They do excellent work. Their work is excellent. They're very upfront in terms of the price. They know how to refinish, and take very good care of the furniture.

I'VE USED THIS COMPANY MULTIPLE TIMES FOR FURNITURE REPAIR, STRIPPING AND REFINISHING. THE PIECES LOOK BEAUTIFUL; IT'S IMPOSSIBLE OR DIFFICULT TO SEE WHERE THE DAMAGE WAS.
