He was reasonably priced, he felt comfortable using water based finish, because our son has allergies. We were looking for somebody who seemed to be comfortable. Several people said they could do it, but they preferred the petroleum based. He said he liked the products and gave a reason for liking the product, and he could answer my questions about the differences between the water based and the other product. I never had floors done before, and this was the first time we had done it.

He did not have to take off the trim and did an excellent job in sanding the floor with the trim on. Overall the floors looks brand new.
