Safelite AutoGlass

I went to their garage location rather than having their mobile service come to me. When I arrived there were several other people in the lobby needing assistance so I had to wait a few minutes to check in. But once they knew I was there the car was taken in pretty promptly and the work done in an efficient manner. I was very pleased with the result of the repair. I can still see where it was (as expected), but it is much less noticeable and no longer looks like it could expand into a major crack at any moment.

It went well. The chipped area is still a bit visible, but overall I think they did a great job.

They could be a little more professional. It was like e or 4 young people that were talking around and didn't seem to be to quick to be doing what they needed to be doing.

No problems, dropped the car off in the morning picked it up in the afternoon with the new windshield. Couldn't have been easier.

It wasn't quite perfect of a job but Safelite AutoGlass still did a decent work, so no big problem. They did the work. I wasn't actually there when they performed the service. It's just a good, competent job that they did there as expected. I really don't know how I grade them. It's what I expected. It was expensive but at the same time, it's what I expected it to be.

Easy to schedule. Work done on time without a hitch. They even wash the windows and vacuum the car interior.

The window they used was not good quality. It is more accessible to chipping. I would use them for window repair, but probably not a replacement again.

I spent about 2.5 hours in their waiting room. I did get pushed to the end of the line and the time spent was a little excessive, but the work they did was good.

The window did break pretty quick afterward. I would recommend them having a warranty if something happens short after, or give a discount.

I don't know the price because it was covered 100% by my insurance. But drove my car there, arrived 10 minutes late, at 4:10. My car was done by 5:20. I was very satisfied.

Excellent! They had to reschedle twice because the glass they had received was damaged, but I appreciated their call letting me know, professional customer service, and in the end I got a perfect windshield for less than many other bids I'd gotten. The technician was professional and did a great job. THANKS!!!

Appointment made via insurance company phone link to Safelite. Prompt scheduling as last appointment on a Saturday. Technician conscientiously found the proper window for a 1981 vehicle in time for the appointment. Work started right on time and finished early. Molding around the window had to be reused, and technician did a great job maintaining and preserving the molding. Company did the front windshield dings complimentarily because of the other work being done. Service people very courteous and helpful. Cleanup very thorough considering the small space available for access to the job. Whole experience could not have gone smoother, with van window looking like new.

I had only had the vehicle for 30 days so I was very relieved that they were able to complete the repair and it is not even noticeable now.

looking for fast replacement of passenger side door window in a Lexus from car prowler breakage. They are also colored bronze (kinda rare and OEM). They would not guarantee the same color of the rest of windows and told me that only color they could get was clear only. Verbal estimate in store. _x000D_|I called a Lexus dealer parts dept and they had the OEM glass in stock and was total out the door less 500 dollars. It takes about 1.5 hours to replace the glass and including resetting the power window motor. I did this myself with the help of the factory service manual fairly easy with FSM. _x000D_|The guy was kinda rude and i felt not very knowledgeable about replacement glass and also I felt that I was bothering him about all of the questions that I asked him. It was the highest price quote that I got.

It went great. The windshield was still under warranty, and it got hit by a rock and the crack was too big to repair. Safelite came out to my home. They were punctual, fast, and professional. Very convenient, very positive experience with Safelite.

My front windshield had a little ding that was actually filled in the spring. However, it cracked all the way across the windshield on the first freezing night this winter. Called my insurance company and they recommended Safelight. I made an appointment to have two guys come out to the house to replace the windshield at my earliest convenience. The morning of the replacement they called to let me know they would be coming and what time they would arrive. Two fellows arrived on schedule, did the work quickly and also replaced my front windshield wipers which I asked them to do. They were courteous, efficient, and I would definitely use Safelite again.

I booked the service online and used the promo code for Angie's list for a $20 discount. The online estimate was $274 but did not include taxes and disposal fee. The final charge was $312. I liked the convenience of getting a quote and scheduling the service online and may have paid more because of this. We were able to schedule an appointment for the day we wanted and within a 5 hour window. They sent an email confirmation which included a picture of the technician that they were sending to our home which is a nice feature. They were on-time and had the windshield replaced in about 30 mins. It looks great and so far, so good! Hopefully we won't have to use them again but will if we get another chip or crack we will.

All of the people I interacted with, from the first call to the installation of several pieces of glass for my tourerg, were incredibly helpful and courteous. The worked with my insurance to make sure I got the best coverage and they were flexible with where they did the work. I was very impressed and would use them again.

I called to get an estimate and they told me that with my insurance I would still need to pay my deductible. They gave me an estimate and worked it out with my insurance company while I was on the phone with them. After that was all figured out they schedule an appt for the next day. They call an hour ahead to give us an gave us a more firm time line for their arrival. Two trucks pulled up and he explained what the process was. I signed the papaerwork and went back inside to wait for them to complete the work. He said it was only going to take approx. an hour. After completion I signed paperwork and they were on their way. I was very please with Safelite. My windshield was fixed and they vacuumed out my car as well. It was a very good experience over all.
