I went to their garage location rather than having their mobile service come to me. When I arrived there were several other people in the lobby needing assistance so I had to wait a few minutes to check in. But once they knew I was there the car was taken in pretty promptly and the work done in an efficient manner. I was very pleased with the result of the repair. I can still see where it was (as expected), but it is much less noticeable and no longer looks like it could expand into a major crack at any moment.

It wasn't quite perfect of a job but Safelite AutoGlass still did a decent work, so no big problem. They did the work. I wasn't actually there when they performed the service. It's just a good, competent job that they did there as expected. I really don't know how I grade them. It's what I expected. It was expensive but at the same time, it's what I expected it to be.

The window they used was not good quality. It is more accessible to chipping. I would use them for window repair, but probably not a replacement again.
