Most of the work was good quality, but the shower surround was cheap, trim was not sealed at ends, and caulking has already failed. The panels "bulge" every time shower is used. Had it not been for these improperly installed panels, I would have given a much higher rating.

I had a mailbox installed, which was done well. Then I had an interior window framed, which was OK.

Ron did an amazing job on our bathroom. We are extremely happy with the work. He is very friendly and helped us out so much! We have already had him do the powder as well and will be working with him on the kitchen down the road!

It went fine. He communicated well. He was on time, and came when he said he would come, which is not always usual with a lot of contractors. He did what he said he'd do, which is the important thing.

Ron is a very delightful handyman and carpenter. He gave me a very reasonable bid on remodeling our master bathroom. He didn't have too many surprises as he removed the tub, sink, toilet, cabinets and some of the wall and when he did he handled it smoothly. He tiled the floor and tub area beautifully. He installed new cabinets, new tub and sink with fixtures, painted, put in new electrical outlets and lights, hung the mirror, hung all the towel and hook fixtures and basically made our master bath a work of art! We are very pleased with his work. He is the carpenter I will call first if and when I do more remodeling on our home. I am sorry I didn't write this review sooner!

Ron and his brother John, did a fabulous job! I'm so happy with their work. Ron said it would take him a week to do this surround....and he was finished by Friday. His work is lovely...he pays attention to the details. Our kitchen looks so fresh and bright. Thanks to his work. I guess you can tell I'm very pleased. I thought he was very reasonable with the cost of our project. There were no surprises. He kept me informed along the way. I will call Ron again.

We are very pleased with the tile work Ron (RG's Handyman Service) did for us.   Ron's attention to detail and skill resulted in a fantastic job!  We had 2 bathrooms and our laundry room tiled.  One bathroom was tricky, it involved removal of a pocket door, frame, and precision cut small pieces of tile.  It was done perfectly.  What I appreciate in addition to the job Ron did is, he started the job when he said he would, he showed up when he said he would and he completed the job when he said he would!  And I'll ad he's a very nice person!

I am 76, still working full time. I am on a budget and had limited time to spend on shopping.  I do not have a garage, or any other storage room for that matter.
I was looking for a contractor who would understand my needs and level with me. Prior to meeting Ron Gall (RG's Handyman Services),
I had two estimates, quite pricey. Both told me I could not even dream about tiles. When I met Ron, I found him to be a good communicator who explained to me the details of what the project would involve, listened and understood my needs. When I received the estimate, I found it to be reasonable and within my budget
Prior to starting the job as part of the service,  Ron went with me to Lowe's to help to choose all of the items for my remodel.  He helped me coordinate between shower and floor tiles, paint colors, cabinets and accessories making sure everything would match and to my liking.  We spent quite a few hours there.  It was a major, major help for me because it definitely relieved me from a lot of stress.
It took about 2 1/2 weeks to complete the remodel. We had some hurdles along the way.  The vanity I purchased turned out to be in terrible condition.  We had to take it back to the store and spent another 4 hours traveling from one store to another until we found what we were looking for, vanity in good condition.
The small condominium is on third floor with no elevators to use and it was quite hot at the time the work was done.  I have not heard a single word of complaint.
 Ron takes pride in his work, wants to make things right and he did.  I am a happy trooper now, I have two beautiful bathrooms.

He helped with the project but we paid a different company. Everything went really well. They were really easy to work with. The only problem I had was trying to get an accurate invoice at the end. They did a really great job. We were really satisfied with the work they did. They initially underestimated, but we had no idea what was going to happen when they opened the original deck. They even came out on a Sunday to check things when the weather wasn't great. I think they did a great job. I will use them again in the future.

Ron is a very busy guy and it took me about a month from the time I received the estimate, but he started when he said he would and gave himself plenty of time to complete the project. He and his son showed up on time when they said they would, did what they said and when I told them I wanted a sturdy deck, I got a sturdy deck. He only charges a small markup on the supplies and he give you a copy of all invoices. He's extremely honest and if something doesn't look right to him (even though it looks okay to you), he will redo it. He has WONDERFUL ideas and when I told him I wanted glass panels, he went out of his way to make BEAUTIFUL custom glass panels. He took his time to do it right and when I sprung a couple of change orders on him, it didn't cost me anything additional except the materials. This type of waterproofing is definitely a challenge to work with, so if you request it, you will need to be patient with it, but it is very worth it. I can't stop bragging about my beautiful new deck and everyone that has seen it cannot believe how beautiful it is and what a great price it was. The glass railing gets rave reviews from all my neighbors because it's higher than my fence...so they can all see it. I would hire Ron and Travis again in a New York minute...they are amazing!
