We went to Renton Honda after have some disappointing in-person sales appointments with nearby dealerships who did not come through with online pricing agreed to in advance. The Internet Sales department at Renton Honda was great. They met the quote that was originally promised by other dealership and beat it by some. The price ended up being very close to invoice and we got the color and trim we wanted. The paperwork was a breeze and I didn't feel like they were trying to pull a fast one on us. They explained some of the extra offers they sold, but left the decision to use without the usual high pressure sales experience. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had! We felt like we got a fair price and would return again!

When we brought the car back for it's yearly maintenance, they were honest about that it needed (just an oil change) and told us that the tire rotation wasn't needed even though it would've only cost us a few dollars. In fact the first oil change ended up being free since we bought the car there.

Very professional and convenient shuttle service. Even called to warn me when the shuttle would just be a few minutes late. Completed the work competently and even found an extra coupon to apply to work. Check engine light came on a couple of days later but they checked again free of charge although the issue there was likely unrelated to prior work. A nice gesture given the amount of prior business.

They have fair price. I don't like auto dealerships to begin within but they provided the service for me so I was happy with it. It was a pre-owned certified car and I needed some work that they didn't get picked up into their certification and so I took it back and they fixed it and it was fine.

Very professional and savy to my needs to have the work done efficiently and with high quality. They put their best person on this as it takes a finesse to peel off the interior door. The work was done expertly and they showed me the parts when finished. I must say that their sign in system is efficient and I felt a personal attention by the customer service agent. Definately a top notch service center.

Overall the staff is good. Courteous and professional. As with any dealer the price is high which is the major drawback. They have shuttle service and got me to work with no problem and picked me up at the end of the day. I like the people, and they fixed my issue. But cost is the only major drawback.

I didn't like the sales men very much, too pushy -- didn't make me feel very welcome.

The work was quality and the service advisor was honest, however they did not update us on the status of our vehicle. It turned out that the part they needed was not available for another day, but they did not let us know until the last minute, requiring our vehicle to stay overnight. They compensated us for the delay, however communication should have been better.

Last oil change was done in record time, even with the car washing. I love Renton Honda service. They are always super friendly and knowledgeable. It's a nice environment to wait for service to be completed, too. I asked them to check wiper blades to see if they needed to be replaced. Most quick serve oil change places would just sell you the wipers and say they needed it, but Renton Honda said mine were just fine for now. Quick serve oil change places always parade out your filters and try to sell you new ones even when you don't need them (at least that was always my experience). I don't get that routine at Renton Honda. They're great a giving you tips about your car, because they know the car.
This last time I noticed a week later that they'd forgotten to put the little antenna stick back on after running the car through the car wash. And in the meantime one of my brake lights had burned out. I stopped by to see if they had an extra antenna left over and to ask about getting the brake light replaced. They found the antenna still in my car (I'd looked but missed it) and they replaced the brake light bulb for free as an apology for me having to come back, all within minutes of me showing up on a busy Saturday.
I've always had terrific customer service at Renton Honda, both when I bought my car and each time I've had it serviced there during the past 7+ years. The best sign of great service is how a company handles the situation when one of those little things does go wrong (nobody is perfect). Renton Honda is stellar at both the initial service and in correcting anything that might not go just right. I love these guys, and my only complaint is that Honda has stopped making Elements. When I get ready to buy a new car, I hope they have something new that I'll want, because I really don't think I could ever find a better dealership!

I had to take my car in for the 3rd time to get a repair to the driver's side window. This is apparently a design defect. As Renton Honda had repaired this same problem less than a year before, they honored their own warranty and the repair cost me nothing. When I dropped my car off, the shuttle took me to work and brought me back again. Very friendly driver in both instances. They didn't have the needed part in stock, so had to have it over-nighted to them. So in the interim, they paid for my rental/loaner vehicle. Michael Stokes was great to deal with. I would definitely recommended Renton Honda to anyone.

This was a very smooth purchase. The quality of the car is excellent. We got a touring van which is very nice and has been a great van.
