It did not. I called them and requested an extension due to extenuating circumstances. I was told no problem, just text a mobile number when ready. I am now told they will not honor the offer. "Sorry!" I probably should of had them come and work around the issue. Any way I can get my money back?

Had deep cleaning done. Specified that I would like the shelves and cabinets to be dusted. Only had light cleaning done, yet took hours and no dusting was done. Owner said she would make sure to have dusting done next time if I hired them as my biweekly cleaners, but I did not want to take the risk.

Pretty well. She worked fast. Found that , probably in her haste, had disconnected some of our computer/printer connections. Easy fix but startling to find problem.

Although the cleaner was given the wrong address and was about an hour late due to that, she did a great job. To ensure that she could be finished on time, her boss also came to help out. Very nice folks and very professional.
