Alex Othon is a great guy. Even though I’ve never met him personally, he is always prompt with his phone calls and follow ups. He is very professional and ties up any loose ends in a timely fashion. If you are looking for a diligent, friendly and professional property manager, you won’t go wrong with this guy.

Alex is a life saver, he took a lot of headache from us in managing tenants. Before, we tried to self-manage, got a bad tenant that skip rental payments and not taking care of property well. After a few months of managing my rental property, I have zero complaints. I only pay 8% of the monthly rent collected and they take care of all repairs and issues with the rental property as well as dealing with the renters. Takes the headache and stress off of my shoulders and I can enjoy my life without worrying about how things are going with my property or tenants. Alex made me feel like he would take care of my property as if it were his own and so far, that is exactly what is happening. I would recommend PMI Puget Sound to anyone because of how Alex manages it. I trust him completely.

He was great to work with. After we looked at the house and decided that we were interested he sent me an e-mail letting me know what he needed. Such as pay stubs rental history within a day we were approved for the home. He had new carpet installed. He had planned on painting the house but since I'm a carpenter I told him that I could paint it and he gave me a discount on the Move in cost which were greatly appreciated. Especially by the wife because she got to go spend that money on things for the new house.There's been a few things that the home has needed and so I just gave Alex a phone call and he took care of the things immediately. He got the fireplace serviced and inspected so it was safe to have a fire in the fireplace. Which is nice because the kids can make s'mores sitting around the fire when it's raining outside. He has been a awesome landlord .there's also been a couple of things that still work but I thought would make the home look a lot nicer if they were replaced such as a couple of the outdoor lights so I called him and let him know, and they were replaced with brand new ones. He has been awesome to deal with and I would recommend anybody to rent a home from him.

Alex is extremely easy to work with. He took all the stress out of us renting our investment property. They screened for and found the perfect tenant. When repairs were needed, he was right on top of it, and at that point we felt confident in allowing PMI to handle anything that came up. Overall a great experience, and I will continue to utilize them. In doing my research, I found that their price is competitive, but their service and expertise cannot be matched.
