Lori the consultant showed up right on time for our appointment. She was very professional, knowledgeable and also very pleasant. She did a good job of explaining all of our options and answering our questions. We had gotten other bids and the people were nice. But, my wife felt that Lori did the best job of explaining everything. The bids were close and although performance wasn't the cheapest, we went with them. It was money well spent. The installation team showed up on time and did a great job. They were friendly, clean, professional and they finished the job in the time they had said it would take. It was all a very positive experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
