Cody is extremely easily to work with. They usually come for measurement and estimate appointment within a day or two after you have called. Their price is very competitive in Seattle/Eastside area. Cody always show up on time for scheduled installation appointment. Their workmanship and service is top-notched in the industry. Cody wiped all the new windows and caulked all the gap. Old windows are hauled away and no garbage are left at the job site. I do appreciate Pacific Glass can deliver this high level of customer service to Seattle community.

They got to it right away like they said they would and it took the same time they said it would.  No cracks have formed from the rock chip and it's less noticeable and reflects much less light now that it's filled.

Called to get a quote, called back to setup appointment.  They could get the glass and do it the following day.  They were ready for me when I got there and did it in the time they said it would take.  They did a good job.  I haven't had any trouble with it leaking or making noise or problems with the seal.

They ordered the glass, they said the passenger side was $20 cheaper and he was going to see if he could get one from that company for driver side.  They got it in the next day 10am.  I went over and while they ordered the correct side, they received the passenger side glass.  They quickly put the order in again for the driver side and got the correct glass by 3pm.  They weren't able to find the driver side glass for as cheap as the passenger side glass but for my trouble, he charged me the cheaper price anyway.  It wasn't there screw up but they still went out of there way to make it right.

I used the services of Pacific Glass about two weeks ago. He was really nice to me. There was a situation in our neighborhood where there are rental houses, in which some good renters live and they were gone. The low lives kicked in the glass door and took some stuff. This happened on a Friday and so on Saturday I needed a little more material, and also I was dealing with laminated glass, which I new was difficult to tap and I found that at the hardware but was not just up to it. So about 3 o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday I drove into Renton and the find was on. At Pacific Glass he said can you wait till Monday and I explained the situation to him and he said just come on in and I will just do it for you. He was there working on his boat or something and he just cut the laminated glass, which is kind of a detailed oriented little job. He sold me another piece, cut all that and gave me at half price. He is a good guy. I had a very good experience with him. I think I got lucky meeting him. I would use him in a second if need be. He is a human being, flexible, and just saw the reality of it and just kind of did what needed to be done. He was really fair on the price.

We did not want to replace our aluminum frames with vinyl, so we looked for a company that could work with us to replace just the glass. Pacific did just that.They were very informative and knowledgeable.They gave us a very reasonable estimate and performed the work. We are very happy with the results and the price.

My 35 year old hanging lamp fell and 3 panels of frosted glass shattered. I took the one remaining panel into Pacific Glass, Inc. in Renton to see about getting replacement panels. I didn't have much hope of getting an exact match in the frosted glass panel due to the age of the lamp. They took my panel in back to see what they could come up with. Approximately 10 minutes later they came out and said to take the new glass home to see if it fit (that the glass was a bit thicker) and to bring it back if it needed trimming. I find Pacific Glass, Inc. to be professional with great response and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them with no hesitation what so ever.
