+ -1 moreIt DIDN'T "GO" because no one from this company has responded to my emails requesting an estimate
Description of Work: I contacted this company via their website on 6/1/14 and filled out an on-line form requesting quote to asphalt my driveway. Gave exact measurements and never received any follow up contact from them. I followed up AGAIN - this time via email and with an actual photo of the driveway and as of 6/21/14, I still have not received ANY return call or email from this company. At this point, I'm going with another company because I cannot continue to wait. Really don't want to hear "I'm sorry we've not responded. This is a very busy time of year for us". Yeah, I get that but I'm a paying customer who wants/needs a service done and the expectation that I would just wait around until the company gets around to following up on prospective business is absurd.

Description of Work: They underestimated the amount of asphalt needed for the driveway, however when I contacted them about the issue, the owner came out and looked at it and agreed. They were very responsive! I would give them an A in customer service, but a B- for quality of work. I'm not sure if I would recommend them for someone else.

+ -1 moreCalled for estimate on a very large job. They came out and measured and never submitted a bid. When pressed, weeks later, they finally faxed a proposal predated as if to show they had followed up. Unfortunate, as the other good reviews did not prove out for us.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MEETING THE NEIGHBORHOODS NEEDS AND TO SPLIT THE WORK AMONGST 32 HOMEOWNERS AND BILL INDIVIDUALLY. NO OTHER COMPANY WAS WILLING TO DO THIS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN GETTING BACK TO US WITH THE INDIVIDUAL BIDS. THEY ATTENDED A NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING TO EXPLAIN THE PROCEDURES AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.
Description of Work: THEY DUG OUT AND REPAVED PORTION OF DRIVEWAY, FILLED CRACKS AND SEAL COATED DRIVEWAY. ALSO REPAVED OUR NEIGHBORHOOD ROADS.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKERS WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND DID A GREAT JOB WITHOUT MAKING A MESS. THE NEW SURFACE HAS HELD UP WELL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN NEXT TIME.
Description of Work: THEY RESURFACED OUR DRIVEWAY AND PUT ASPHALT DOWN ON AN AREA ADJACENT TO THE DRIVEWAY FOR A TURNAROUND.
