The price was reasonable for the job that was done. I've been there with friends of mine. They're little pricey but it's worth it.

A few weeks after the work, the brakes started to squeak again (that was the main reason we had them replaced). They tweaked it and they were fine for about two weeks. At their own expense, they upgraded to dealer parts (even though the parts they used were high quality), and the problem is solved. They lost money on this deal, but they gained us as life-time customers. They are honest, reliable and stand behind their work.

The timing belt broke on my Acura, of course at the most inappropriate time. When towed to Newcastle Shell they were concerned that the engine was damaged when the belt broke. They called the next day with the good news that nothing else was damaged and cost. They also suggested they replace some other belts and the water pump due to the age of my car and the mileage, which I greed to. They were up front on the price and how long it would take. In just a couple of days they had my car back to me purring like a kitten at the price they quoted. They are very caring, kind, friendly and professional.

Dennis was quick and professional, as usual. In and out in a timely manner.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for years. I recently purchased a hybrid and was pleased that Dennis was still able to work on it. I am happy that I have found a mechanic I can trust and feel completely confident in his abilities to diagnose and correct any problems my vehicle may be experiencing.
