He did not provide a written quotation and a contract; thus, I did not sign a contract. He did not guarantee his work, which was my initial and main concern. After two months of the job done, despite all the rain in Seattle, there are patches that show no grass growing. The lawn overall looks really bad and not that it should have been. Furthermore, he seemed to have no understanding of customer relations; Everything I asked then and later on, he kept saying it's extra; There seemed to be no desire for customer satisfaction.

Jaime is very professional him and his crew, very respectful and attention to detail. They also drywall our ceiling from a plumbing repair and redid our storage room.

Showed up on time to view project. Gave me a quote on the spot. Agreed to a price and time. Completed the project on time and on budget. Cleaned up all materials and came back to check to make sure it was done right, as I was out of town at the end. Good people!
