Scott H. did a wonderful job of creating a new line in an old house.  He ran a new line up the inside of the wall in a very neat manner.  Everything fit well and was tidy.  Husband will do the tiny bit of drywall repair later.  Tested the line to make sure that all was in good working order.  He was neat and tidy with his tools and very careful with our hardwood floor when he moved out the old refrigerator.  Later, when the new fridge was delivered, it was simple to connect the fittings.  Scott used the latest style of piping and my husband was impressed with his connection skills.  We are planning more plumbing in this older home and will use New Concepts then as well.  Really glad that the appliance store, King & Bunnys Appliance of Renton, recommended them.

On a Wednesday evening, we came home to discover a pipe in our bathroom was leaking.  We had had trouble with the toilet in that same bathroom on multiple occasions, which my husband fixed, or, at least, thought he did at the time.  Both of the previous times, the leak flooded the bathroom, to the point we had water dripping from light fixtures down stairs.  Anyhoo, that Wednesday evening, we discovered that that bathroom was leaking (again), only this time, it was coming from the pipe in the wall that connects to our "problem" toilet.  My husband (after multiple trips to the hardware store, only to discover he either needed additional parts, or had purchased the wrong part), got fed up, gave up, and went to bed.  Because I did not want to risk yet another flood, I started calling plumbers off of Angie's List.  I started w/ plumbers closest to the house that listed they had a 24 hour emergency service, and worked my way out.   I figured whomever was the first one to pick up the phone is who I would hire.  I was on my 2nd page of plumbers before anyone answered.  That person was Jeff from New Concepts.  I could tell he was tired, and driving to Everett (where he was located) to Arlington (where I was located), was not exactly appealing.  Don't get me wrong; he wasn't rude - I could tell he was just tired.  Even so, run out to my house at 8pm on a Wednesday night he did.  He arrived when he said he would, and went straight to work.  The job ended up taking him longer then he had expected (over 2 hours; not the 45 minutes he had originally anticipated).  As such, it cost quite a bit more then I had expected (the only reason I'm giving them a B in that category, and not an A).  Even so, he was very nice, professional, clearly knew what he was doing, not to mention dropped everything to come to fix my, a new customer that he'd never met before, pipe.  I would definitely use him again.

Jeff and his partner arrived at 9:30 AM as scheduled and went straight to work. They put down tarps to keep the floors clean and unscuffed while working and were quite willing to remove their shoes when I asked.They removed four non-working / partially working toilets, scrapped all the old caulk off the floors, and installed four new toilets. One of the old toilets had been caulked incorrectly and was quite difficult to separate from the tile floor but they were very careful not to damage anything. Everything was wiped clean and they hauled away all of the trash and old fixtures.

While they were here, I asked if they could take a look at a bathroom sink that seemed partially clogged and also had a stopper that wasn't working correctly. Jeff took that on while his partner was finishing the last toilet and cleaning up. As with the toilets, he was very careful to leave everything clean and for the first time since moving in, we actually have a sink with a fully functional stopper. 

I have used this company on several occasions and have always had excellent service. They are very personable and knowledgable. What's even better, they do NOT try to upsell you. They have always given me very clear information and options to take care of my plumbing problems.

They are doing some plumbing work for me. They have done really well. I have used them half a dozen times since I bought this house five years ago. They are very nice people. They are on time. They are usually in the reasonable range. I would continue to use them in the future.
