Maiden Construction LLC

Mr. Lucian Maideniuc, the owner of Maiden Construction LLC is the consummate professional and went above and beyond what the specs and agreement called for when constructing the 1,000+ sq. ft. cantilevered exterior deck for my house. The design of the deck was very unique and challenging due to its cantilevered nature, required by City of Bellevue code for critical area land use and Mr. Maideniuc understood the permitting process and the restrictions of the critical area land use permit and ensured that the deck was constructed according to the code and passed inspection with flying colors. In addition, he helped me secure great pricing from Dunn Lumber for the deck materials for which I paid from my credit card. I would hire him again for any future construction projects.

Lucian and his crew did such a great job with the deck. It is sturdy, looks fantastic and is constructed beautifully. Every appointment was kept and work was done as promised in the time promised. I will always consider Maiden for future projects as they did such an incredible job and were so great to deal with.

Three contractors were contacted to provide bids.   Maiden Construction was selected due to the recommendation of an overbooked, highly rated Angie?s List contractor, and Maiden Construction?s thorough work scope description.  The overall project went very well, and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work.  While there was a little miscommunication, and some delays on our part making replacement choices, on the whole, this was a good experience and we would certainly consider working with Maiden Construction on any additional remodeling in the future.
