Hardwood Flooring Service
The sales employees were not helpful at all. I basically went there because of price and convenience. I did receive a sale price of 10% off. The employees assisted in loading the flooring in my vehicle.

Carpet Installation
Work to be done between 8 and 12. Workers showed at 10am, carpet laid by 3:00pm. They had to return to the store for a threshold to be place between doorways of bedroom and master bath. Overall work good.

Garage Door Service
Really nice installer. Garage door seemed very heavy for the door unit to open. Installation took a few hours than normal. He was able to get door in working condition for an upcoming home inspection.

THE LOWES GUY CAME OUT AND REPLACED THE OLD DOOR JAMBS AND INSTALLED THE NEW ONES. THE DOORS LOOK GREAT AND I WANT TO HAVE MORE OF MY DOORS DONE SOON. GREAT WORK.

LOWES SENT OUT A SALESMAN TO MEASURE OUR WINDOWS. WE PICKED OUT THE DESIGN WE LIKED AND THE WINDOW TINT. THE SALESMAN EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT UV FACTORS TO US. WE HAD TO SPECIAL ORDER SEVERAL BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT. THANKS LOWES!

WHEN THE DOOR WAS DELIVERED IT HAD SOME PARTS MISSING. THE INSTALLER CALLED IN AND THEY HAD TO CALL THE FACTORY. THEY LEFT BUT CAME BACK A WEEK LATER AND INSTALLED THE DOOR.

LOWE'S WAS GREAT ABOUT LAYING THE FLOORING I WAS QUITE SURPRISED AS I AM SOMEWHAT OF A PERFECTIONIST AND WASN'T SURE HOW IT WOULD TURN OUT. LOWE'S HAS A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE SO I THINK FROM NOW ON THAT IS THE WAY TO GO. MY BATHROOM IS JUST BEAUTIFUL.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. I ACTUALLY DO QUITE OF BIT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM; THE SALESMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I GUESS THEY WERE THERE WHEN WE NEEDED THEM. WE WERE NOT PRESSURED, AND THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS.

WE FOUND THE STAFF AT LOWE'S TO BE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PRICE OF THE BLINDS WAS VERY COMPARABLE TO OTHER STORES SO WE WENT WITH LOWES. WE GOT THE SHIPMENT THROUGH FED EX AND EVERYTHING WAS IN THE SHIPMENT AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR BLINDS.
