We completed major home repair and remodeling, including bathroom shower repair and remodeling, Kitchen and Living Room ceiling/internal skylight enhancements, Interior and Deck Painting, and Basement Remodeling. Ray has been always going above and beyond in delivering the results. He will make sure the details and end results are perfect. His team's integrity is unquestionable, responsiveness and quality are top notch. Given the multiple projects he's dealing with, his crew still manage to get the repairs and remodeling done on time, as promised. I would hire Lopez Bros Construction again for my next project.

We found that the wall in our laundry closet was soft and damp. After opening the wall a bit we found massive water damage. Ray with Lopez Bros Construction responded quickly to our request for quote, came out and assessed the damage, and gave us an idea of what it would cost. He then pointed out the demo work that was needed and offered to allow us to do what we could of the work to save us money. Once the demo work we could do ourselves was done, Ray and his crew came out to complete it and then identify where the leak was. This had clearly been going on for some time as the entire floor and subfloor was completely rotten. Ray coordinated the plumber to fix the leak, remove the water heater that was in the garage on the other side of the laundry wall as it was pressing through the other side. After allowing several days for everything to dry out, Ray and his crew then began building back the floor and the walls. Work was completed within a week. Everyone was professional and careful to keep the mess to a very minimum. Ray communicated everything he found, his plan to fix, and showing progress throughout the project. He always let us decide how far to go (removing the water heater and repairing the other side of the wall was our decision) and never pressed to do any more than what we were comfortable with. The project was much bigger than expected, but the price of the work wasn't much more than what was originally discussed. SUPER happy with Lopez Bros work!
