BAIT & SWITCH - the salesman/project manager was fantastic during the quote and design process then when the actual work needed to be done, it fell off the rails. Key areas of concern: poor communication, 3x the timeline, very poor quality, lots of rework, a carousel of sub contractors that had no idea what the actual project was. I’ll start at the top, they communicated well until construction began. Then we never saw our project manager (Osher) or heard from him unless he wanted payment. The project was supposed to take 6 weeks and took 4 months. The contractors didn’t put up any protective sheets/barriers and managed to get dust and debris downstairs in my house despite the work being done upstairs. I notified the project manager and he apologized but did nothing about it. The crew came back and did the same thing repeatedly after. The work performed was sub par and has required lots of repairs and rework since installation. The sub contractors had no clue what the design was or the work they were asked to perform so my wife and I had to provide them the design and instruct them what to do. When we complained about craftsmanship, it was a list of excuses and zero ownership. Lastly, before the project was even complete, the project manager sent someone to my house to wait outside for me to request a survey on how they did. I refused to fill it out citing that the project was not done. Their quote was competitive but it’s not worth the sub par work and headache. Avoid them at all costs.

Couldn't be bothered to show up after confirming an appointment.... I hate wasting my time.

They called me unsolicited. I had filled out some information on Angi, but did not select this company specifically. They called and changed the time for the estimate appointment 3 times. On the phone I was asked what my budget range was. When the estimator arrived, I asked him to wear a mask to come into my home, and he asked me if I "believed in Covid". I said I work healthcare and don't want to pass anything on to my patients, and mentioned that we're at nearly 900,000 dead and he said "yeah, there's a lot of weak people". OK....Anyway, looking at the bathroom to be remodeled, he showed me pictures of another client's similarly dated bathroom and stated what that other job had been priced at, asked if I was getting other bids and wanted to know if they were more or less than what he'd showed me regarding this other client's, and seemed to imply my budget was just too low for him/his company, and then he just walked out, which was fine with me. Rude, weird, and unprofessional. When I called in to his office to find out if he was the owner, or just a worker, I got a call from a manager (?) who said "he doesn't work for us", then she abruptly stated "oh wait, yeah he works for us, sorry, have a great day...." Beyond belief. Would not recommend hiring.
