LA Fitness billed one of the non-participating members of
our family without authorization for 14 months. Their corporate office was only
willing to refund 6 of those months. Subsequently we had an agreement with our
local club to make up what was still owed by letting me use the club while my
own account was in a ?frozen? status. When the general manager of the club
discovered this arrangement, they reneged on the agreement stating corporate
policy. Frankly I?m less upset by our financial loss than what LA Fitness has
demonstrated about their business ethics and their lack of consideration for
fairness and customer satisfaction. The
lesson learned is to be very careful when giving LA Fitness your business.

I love it. I go for the classes; the instructors are great. I don’t use the machines. The classes are always very punctual.

I did not have much of an experience in my first visit but I was pleased overall. They had a certain class at a certain time that I can?t find anywhere else. That is the primary reason why I joined there. The second reason was that they offered everything else plus what I would use in a club. It is pretty much like any other gym but a little bit busier by the looks of it. They are clean and relatively slow for that quantity of people. I had a good experience with them.

I singed a contract for personal training that would not work out for me, They refunded my money and cancelled the contract in a timely fashion. It was my fault. BE SURE AND ASK WHAT THE TOTAL BILL WILL BE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP. READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY.
