Description of Work: It went great, We have used King Kleaning on a routine basis for several years to clean our carpets. We have a large dog and they do a great job keeping our carpets clean. On this trip Jason cleaned 2 bedrooms, a hallway, a master bedroom, master bathroom and a family room. We would highly recommend King Kleaning.

 + 0 morewent well including original assessment & estimate, on-time services and great job on actual stretching which was the most important aspect of the job, and adequate on cleaning
Description of Work: They first came in and assessed and provided a very good description of what they would need to do as well as amount and time it would take. Arrived on time and then did a A+ job on stretching & repairing (where necessary to fix the originally poorly installed carpet ) for 3 rooms, a hall way & stairs. they then steamed cleaned the same which I would a grade of B - basic cleaning but did not remove all the normal wear & tear stains. As there were a number of us in the same neighborhood that contracted tier services, when approached they did provide an honor a discount for all

 + -1 moreSomeone came out to look at a job and to give an estimate. Later someone else came out to do the work. They were both very friendly and professional. They showed up on time and were true to their estimate. I had to leave before the work was done and let the worker let him self out. We are just moving into this house, and nothing was there. Later, when I returned, there were a couple of spots that needed more attention. A small section of a seam wasn't stuck down very well. I called the company and they sent someone out the next day to re-do that part of the job. Again, he was very nice and wanted to do all he could to make sure I was happy with the work.
Description of Work: We wanted to replace the pad under the existing carpet. I supplied the special pet proof pad.

 + -1 moreKING CLEANING IS A LOCAL COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 YEARS. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. IT TOOK THE TECHNICIAN FIVE HOURS TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND THE COST WAS ONLY $300.00. THE OWNER STOPPED BY TWICE TO ENSURE THAT THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION.
Description of Work: WE HAD THE CARPET REPLACED IN OUR LIVING ROOM DUE TO PET STAINS. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE CARPET, PAD, AND TACK STRIP. HE ALSO SEALED THE FLOOR UNDERNEATH.
