The service went fine. I would tell family and friends that they are a very knowledgable and friendly car service. They get you in and get you out and get your car back to you at a reasonable price.

The store's manager and its mechanics were very experienced, so I felt comfortable with them working on my truck.  The price for the work was competitive as well.  I plan on returning to the store for additional work that they recommended also.

It turns out that someone at Jeff's damaged the car during the tune up, and the car broke down during my trip.  I had to rent another car and tow the Honda to another garage where I paid $800 for the car to be repaired.  Ultimately, I had to shorten my trip and pay for repairs that shouldn't have been necessary.  Upon bringing these issues to Jeff's attention, I was told that they would locate the mechanic who did the tune up and ensure it wouldn't happen again.  However, I would neither recommend Jeff's or use it in the future.
