We absolutely love Jane. It is so rare to deal with someone professionally that you really connect with, but Jane is that type of person. Additionally, she is a great agent. She has priced our homes properly so no house has ever been on the market longer than two weeks (even in cool markets) and we've pretty much gotten our asking price. She has advised about where to wisely spend money to make the homes the most attractive to the broadest set of buyers. She has really nurtured us through a couple of difficult transactions and made the turmoil of buying, selling, and moving as pain free as possible. She stays in touch regularly, sending her clients useful, interesting goodies that really show how much she cares. She has willing provided advice whenever I've called, whether I was buying/selling or not. Most important, I trust her completely and know that she will always do what is best for me.
