I was told pricing over the phone ($20 service call/labor,$89 for a spring) I offered to send a picture of the spring and door for clarification prior to technician arriving I was told that it was not necessary When technician arrived, pricing went up for the spring ($89 to $149) When he was finished he initially presented me a bill for over $300 dollars!! I contacted his owners complained, and they only reduced the bill to $180 Precision Door offers a Double spring replacement for $230 I would not recommend using this provider without a firm written estimate
