Couldn't be happier. They did a great job, were courteous and professional.

It went great. Could not be happier with the work and professionalism of the crew. Wish I had the funds to have them do some other work around the house.

Mike can bring a large crew of talented folks for big jobs. Mike is recommended through several window/door installers in Seattle and that's how I got connected with him. They completed the majority of the job and work seems to be have done well. The guys ejected early and didn't finish every last detail, like adjusting the door or covering a piece of trim or installing an electric box upside down, so I just finished it myself. Mike isn't a great communicator, so you have to stay on top of him. I give them the benefit of the doubt and just think they're a busy crew. They could probably use an office manager or someone to stay on top of the details and communicate with Mike and customers when Mike is in the field.

The job had some time restrictions, and that was a little bit of an issue to coordinate, but the work was professional and the crew were hard working and knowledgeable. They hung new kitchen cabinets, installed a new range hood, tiled a backsplash and added triim within a 2.5 week period. Some of the time delay with due to issues with the tile, but they were able to make it look stunning even though the oval tile was difficult to work with and difficult to place properly.

Provider was hired to remove drywall with mold, install insulation and exhaust fan, repaint. Communication was almost non-existent. People wouldn't' show up, or we'd get a text an hour after they were expected saying they were on the way. Work was shoddy - hole cut too big for the exhaust fan, painting not completed. We had custom shades and they never told us they would not fit once the installation was complete. They walked out on the last day basically saying, we're leaving the rest of the paint, installing blinds (and getting new ones), and putting fixtures back is on you. Never returned our phone calls for follow up or assistance. Would not recommend this contractor.

I contracted Frank and Co because they were recommended by the window distributor. The distributor indicated that he really liked working with this firm because he had no call backs for work the installer didn't complete or other installation related problems. I was told the job would take 1-1/2 to 2 days. The crew arrived shortly after picking up the windows at the distributor. We briefly discussed the order we wanted the windows installed and they got to work. They installed 5 windows each day. Each window was nicely trimmed out both inside and out. The crew worked carefully so as to not damage the windows. After the windows were installed on the second day they cleaned up the mess and even took a few items that were now not needed as a result of the installation. I would recommend Frank and Co. I hope to replace the last of my windows next year and I wouldn't hesitate to call them back.

Throughout the years of owning our home, we've had several window companies out to see if they can replace our windows to match the style of the home. The windows were imbedded into the concrete block, so all the window companies did not want to touch the project or gave us an outrageous price. Luckily, Mike came out to the rescue. He's had extensive experience with all types of window construction and knew what the restoration would entail. He really listen to what we wanted and quickly narrowed down our selection. We didn't have to compromise on any aesthetics. In fact they improved the look of the house overall. Mike's estimate was half of everyone else's bids. He came out with a large crew and was able to replace most of the windows on the first day. The plaster need a lot of repair, but his crew was able to do a great job especially with the unique curved detail. The biggest improvement was the big sliding 8ft door. That was Mikes idea. It really made the space look bigger. Plus we now have more of a view. We couldn't be happier and no more sweaty crumbly windows.
