 + -1 moreKen was excellent! They showed up on time . . . very easy going fellows, figured out the problem in a few minutes, and came back a week later to install a new air pump. If my hot tub needs any work in the future (and it will), I'll definitely give Ken a call. Ken and Flowmaster A+++++

 + -1 moreCame out without a charge, looked system over, diagnosed it and told me what I needed and how much it cost. Then ordered pump and came back and fixed it. You can't find a repair professional these days that does not want to charge you 70-80dollars just to come out, much less time on site to diagnose the problem. This guy is a real find.

Description of Work: Ken investigated a leak in the jet pump for my hot tub and was able to repair it by replacing just one side of the pump (wet end) saving me about $400. Job went well, and my past experiences with Ken has been great as well.

 + -1 moreWHAT A WONDERFUL COMPANY. SMALL ONE OWNER SO SOMETIMES PHONE CALLS TAKE A WHILE BUT WORTH THE WAIT. THE OWNER IS A WONDERFUL HELPFUL MAN. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME EVERYTHING NEEDED AND WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST FOR OUR OLDER MODEL SPA.
