HE WAS ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL IN ANY WRITTEN OR VERBAL CONVERSATIONS WE HAD. HE WAS ALSO VERY THOROUGH AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE.
