They were on time. They took a lot of care with our house, laying down plastic in the hallways, protecting things that their hose touched. They took care not to cover vents, added insulation to the hatch where the attic access goes, and cleaned up after the job was done. The insulation was done as discussed and came out nicely. We were very pleased with the people and their work.
