THEY ARE A SMALL CENTER BUT FULL OF NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT AND VERY NICE PEOPLE, BOTH EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS. I FIND THE PLACE TO BE CLEAN WITH LOTS OF CHOICES AND TWO DIFFERENT TV STATIONS TO WATCH WHILE YOU WORK OUT. THE TRAINERS THERE ARE HELPFUL, POSITIVE AND ENCOURAGING. THEY TEACH YOU HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT SAFELY AND TO ACHIEVE THE BEST WORKOUT FROM THE MACHINES FOR YOUR PERSONAL GOALS.

THE FACILITY IS CLEAN AND THE FACILITY IS VERY NICE. THERE IS A WIDE VARIETY OF EXERCISE EQUIPMENT THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM. THERE IS HELP WHEN NEEDED, AND A GREAT EXERCISING ENVIRONMENT.

IVE ENJOYED MY UNLIMITED VISITS TO THIS FACILITY. THE STAFF HAS BEEN VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL WHENEVER I HAVE NEEDED THEIR ASSISTANCE. THE EQUIPMENT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ALTHOUGH THEY COULD HAVE MORE TREADMILLS AVAILABLE TO THEIR CLIENTS. MOST ARE IN USE AT ANY GIVEN TIME AND ONE HAS TO WAIT FOR AN OPEN ONE. OVERALL, I AM VERY COMFORTABLE AND PLEASED WITH THE FACILITY AND THE SERVICE RECEIVED.

THE STAFF/OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. I AM GLAD THEY ARE OPEN EARLY SO I AM ABLE TO COME WITHOUT MY KIDS. THE STAFF WORKS TO MAKE ME FEEL SUCCESSFUL AND HELPS ME CREATE A PROGRAM THAT WORKS FOR ME.
