Dillinger Piano

The experience was perfect. I called Bob Dillinger for piano tuning, and he was able to fit me in promptly. He was delightful to have in our home. He immediately inspired confidence -- he really knows his stuff. He was even patient with my 6-yr-old son who was very interested in watching Bob tune the piano. He was very pleasant, offering suggestions for improving the piano sound, and even did a quick voice adjustment for free -- it made a noticeable and immediate improvement in the tone quality of the piano -- a softer sound, not so tinny. At my request, he gave me referrals to several piano teachers who live nearby. He even has a very informative website - check it out. Bottom line: he technically competent and very nice. I have paid a bit less for piano tuning in the past, but I will definitely be calling Bob Dillinger for all my future piano tuning needs. His expertise and pleasant demeanor are worth paying a bit extra for.

My son's piano teacher recommended Mr. Dillinger for piano tuning. I called him at the beginning of the week and he came over by that Friday. He opened up the piano and was able to quickly fix the keys on the piano that were not working then tuning it took less than hour. We have a practice size piano (only like 64 keys), so he did not charge me his normal fee for a full 88 key piano. As he worked he pointed out some details to me about prior work that been done on the piano and potential issues that could arise in the future , based on the age of the piano. He then did some work to correct the issue was much as he could.
