Efrain and his wife were fantastic--easy to work with at every step of the process and did a fantastic job. Our windows look better than they ever have. Efrain also noticed a couple of issues with the sealant and installation on our windows, and took the time to photograph and show me the areas that might need some work. I would hire them again in a second!

Efrain was on time. Priced reasonably. Experienced. Cleaned up the area where he worked.

We have used Detail Window Cleaning beginning in 2008 because of the excellent professional service Effrain and his workers provide.  We have a three level view home with  double banks of windows in the large great room soaring 20 + feet.  Accessing and cleaning  these windows is a challenge that requires working on ladders both inside and outside.  Manipulating the ladders, especially inside, requires special skill and care to avoid damaging walls and millwork, hardwood floors, carpets, and furniture.  We appreciate Effrain's experience and careful attention to detail so as to avoid any damages.
This past August Effrain made special efforts to clear the windows of paint splatters left from an exterior paint job in May.  He took special pains to do this without scratching the glass.   We gladly paid the additional $100. for this time consuming service in addition to the $500. cleaning fee.  
We schedule the window cleaning service regularly and are always happy with the result which enhances our enjoyment of the views from the windows in our home.

Efrain was very neat, courteous and did an amazing job.

Efrain was incredibly professional. He is skilled in many areas and assisted me with the outside and inside staging of my home readying it for sale. He cleaned the roof beautifully, the gutters, all the windows inside and out, carefully cleaned three chandeliers (one of which was a $12,000 Murano glass chandelier) and even took down Christmas lights! An inside window pane frame was broken and he took it down, glued it and came back several days later to put it up. This person is incredibly handy and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done on time and professionally.

Excellent service. On time but ran over estimated time.  Window were sparkling and the view over Lake Sammamish appeared clearer and prettier!!
