She is very thorough and very kind.  She looks out for your best interest.  She goes above and beyond.  She also does staging which I really like.  If you sell your house and you need furniture in there, she provides that service.  That is pretty fabulous.  I think out of all the realtors that I have worked with, she is by far the best.

She was great. She does business out of her house. We had her looking for a place while we were still in Las Vegas. She found us a lot of listings. She took us around things that I thought were right up our alley. Once she understood what we wanted, she was good at locating things like that. She sent us listings in a timely fashion. We picked up something that looked like it might be good and while we were still in Las Vegas she came out to look at it herself. She set up an appointment with a good friend of ours who is a contractor type guy. She met him here and let him in. He took about 150 pictures and kind of sealed the deal on us really wanting to see it. So we came to see it. She negotiated a good deal for us. She got us the deal we wanted with no counter office. The night after we moved in, there was wine and flowers, a giant box of goodies in the refrigerator and a basket of goodies to eat and drink. She was a sort of class act. I guess she got half of the commission the seller paid. We did not pay the commission. She did not cost us anything. She made her commission on the seller side. She has referred us to a vet who turned out to be the best vet listed on Angie?s List in Seattle. We have not been to the vet yet. We boarded our dogs there for 3 days and they seem like good folks. She also referred us to an architect to help with our remodeling. She has been a great source of help after the deal was over. She did not ditch us.
