This was actually our 3rd transaction dealing with Cris and we had no wish or desire to have anyone else as our agent. Cris goes above and beyond and we actually first dealt with him over 11 year ago. He is very prepared and does his “home” work no pun intended. We valued his honesty and directness that is needed when selling a home. We would absolutely use Cris again. I firmly believe he made the sale happen by doing old fashioned leg work of going to other brokers about our home and our buyers showed that weekend. He truly is just a pleasant man to deal with and glad we used him.

When we made the decision to purchase our first home in the impossibly competitive Seattle housing market, we couldn’t have imagined having a more professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable agent working on our side. Cris went way beyond what anyone could expect of an agent. We wanted to move from Houston to Tacoma. He worked with us long distance for almost 2 years while we were trying to sell our properties in Houston. My husband and I met Cris about 5 months before we were ready to put our home on the market. It is an older home that sits on a full acre. Cris gave us an honest and detailed appraisal of what he thought would make the house most marketable. We followed his recommendations, consulting with him as we went and made the needed improvements. We put our house up for sale in June and sold it in one week. Cris came close to “moving mountains” in helping sell our house. It wasn’t a mountain exactly, but he did move a 10 by 12-foot potting shed by himself to make extra room for our new septic system. Cris was stellar, an informative voice of calm reason during an overly extended purchase period of six months. We are in a great home that we love.  Cris is awesome.  He took us to more houses than we could even count.  He likes to preview the homes too, so this was twice as many visits for him.   Cris even came to the closings with the escrow company, which was so great.  His experience really helped us to make sure we had all the information we needed.

Just this summer we listed our home to sell with Cris. As before he was extremely helpful in making it a fairly simple process. His knowledge in local real estate helped us to choose a listing price that got us a full price offer in under 18 hours, we accepted and were pending sale within 24 hours from listing.

Cris LeCompte is an excellent real estate agent. He sold our house in just over a month at the price point we were hoping for. He knows the region and knows how to market a home in this area.

He also helped us purchase our new home. He takes the time to view the homes on your list before taking you go out to view them as to not waste your time on something that may not work for you.

He is there every step of the way, no matter how big or small of a request. He takes a personal interest in making sure things go smoothly, looking at every detail of your transaction to make sure things go as planned. Not only that, but he goes above and beyond for his clients, taking care of a lot of the details that you might not have time for when packing and arranging a complicated move. He makes time to do anything that you need, whether it be following up with a contractor for a fix you need on the home you are selling or helping you find a mover that is reputable for your move to you new home.

Without fail, Cris is completely professional and makes the process run as smoothly as possible.  He has a great deal of experience with all sorts of real estate transactions and pays great attention to detail.  
With his experience, Cris is able to foresee possible problem areas with a particular property and/or purchase and sale agreement and make recommendations based on these observations.  He also has a keen eye for construction defects and items in need of maintenance and repair.  He often goes out of his way to attend meetings and do research on portions of the transaction that  aren't his responsibility just to make sure that we are getting the best deal possible.

Cris was an absolutely amazing broker, he went above and beyond. His advice and assistance were invaluable. He answered all of my questions and provided information even when I didn't know to ask about it (novice home seller). I would recommend Cris to any one. From start to finish, the whole thing went amazingly. Although this was our first time buying a home, Cris LeCompte really made the process as smooth as can be. When it was time to make an offer, he thoroughly outlined everything we should expect and he was unfailingly accurate ? there were no surprises! And he walked us through every step and kept in contact with our lender, so there were never any miscommunications.

My first transaction with Cris was my first time buying a home. Since then he's helped me buy another home.
His focus in both instances was that I find the right place for me and that I was fully informed every step of the process. Cris took time to show homes I was interested to see and also did further research to find other properties in the neighborhoods or price range I wanted, specifically pointing out good and bad examples and why they were good or bad.
