Not well. The first appointment was a no show. Not even a call after five hours. My father left two messages. Later that evening, he received a call from Scott's office helper, who said Scott ran over on the prior job... The next available slot was three days away, so my father took that appointment. Scott arrived nearly two hours after the scheduled time, and spend nearly two hours trouble-shooting. He did replaced a O-ring, but that didn't solve the problem. Scott said he had to come back with a helper a couple of days from that point as he needed to dig out foam and replace a pipe. Scott and the helper were two hours late for this third appointment. The foam was removed by the helper. When Scott returned, she said another appointment was needed as he realized he needed to jack the tub up to replace the pipe. As mentioned earlier, this is a 27 year old tub with an attached shake roofed gazebo, so jacking it up seemed like it would create more problems than the one we were trying to fix. After hearing this, and that a fourth visit would be required, my father let Scott know not to return. My father received a bill for Scott's services shortly after notifying him of his decision not to return. Ironically, the bill arrived much quicker that Scott ever did, sorry to say.

He arrived within the window of time he said and was able to diagnose the problems and had all the materials on his truck to fix them. He tested the fireplace more than once to be sure it was fixed. I was very pleased.

I called for service and Scott was scheduled to come the very next day. I really appreciated his fast, professional service. I am glad I have found a reliable service provider for my Cal Spa.

Did a decent job, but was a little pricey for the service he performed. Did not seem to do as thorough as an inspection as other firms that might be a dealer of a particular brand.

I had an excellent experience with them. They saved me a lot of money because instead of paying to repair it I'm just going to throw it out.

It went very well. He came out when I was gone, fixed the problem and that was that. Very easy.

Scott went out of his way to assist me with my repair. He’s always professional, easy to work with, and very competitively priced. Scott is also incredibly dependable. He’ll show up as promised, on time, and complete the job beyond your expectations. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
