Fencing Service
We set up a time to meet at their Seattle showroom to select final design details. That was in March, 2005. The meeting (with Marty Lyons) went very well and we decided on the specifics for the railing. We were told that it would be three months for completion and we said that would be fine. We put the decision off for about six months but when we tried to get back to Brace Point, we called at least a dozen times over a two or three month period. They sometimes didn't return calls and sometimes gave a time frame for either further information or even for completion of the job but we never got a new bid. We finally had to give up. Their product seemed far superior to others but I guess our job was too small and they couldn't just say so? Then why did they take all that time up front? Very frustrating.

THIS COMPANY PROVIDED VERY BAD SERVICE. THEY RECEIVED THE DOWN PAYMENT AND DIDN'T START WORK FOR MONTHS. ONCE STARTED THE WORK WENT VERY SLOWLY. OVERALL A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
