It was the most professional, wonderful experience. We were terrified at first because it was so much money and such a large project, but in the end we were so happy we went with Aqua Quip. and quot;They are the manand quot;. The project involved working and coordinating with other contractors, and it was so amazing watching them work with such efficiency and expertise. They are multi-talented skilled contractors capable of dealing with anything you throw at them. Yes, there were issues, there are with every large project, but Aqua Quip got on them and fixed them faster than my dog gets on a bone. We are very happy with the pool. We were not really sure if putting in a pool in the northwest was a wise move, but now we wonder how we lived without it. We are swimming pool addicts. Ha Ha Thanks to Aqua Quip we love to be in our backyard constantly. To all the guys at Aqua Quip, we love you!

Our new house came with a hot tub that didn't work the first time we filled it. It was purchased at Aquaquip by the old home owners, so we contacted them for service. At this point they have been to our home 5 times and it still doesn't work.
The first visit, the technician diagnosed the problem, but was not carrying any replacement parts so he had to schedule a second visit.
The second visit, he brought the part, changed it, claimed it was working when he left, but it was still broken when we got home an hour later.
The third visit, a different technician diagnosed a different problem but, surprise surprise, he was not carrying any replacement parts so he had to schedule a fourth visit.
The fourth visit, the original technician came back, brought the new part, changed it, but the new part also did not work so he diagnosed a new problem and scheduled another visit.
The fifth visit, they sent yet another technician, who came to the house while we were away, didn't do any work, and left a note saying that he could not access the spa equipment - clearly wrong since two technicians before him had no problem accessing the spa equipment. Plus he left without having the decency to call and ask,
Every time someone comes, whether they do any actual work or not (and they frequently don't because they don't bring spare parts), they put another $80 on our bill for every half hour they spend here. We haven't paid our bill yet because the service is in progress, but at this point we must be easily past $500 and that excludes any parts changed.
Every time they need to reschedule a new visit, you have to wait at least a week for a technician to come, sometimes longer. At this point we've been in repairs for over one and a half months.

Tom Sutich from Aqua Quip did our pool this summer and he was AWESOME! Always quick to get back to me, so informative on every aspect of our pool and hot tub and made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Called from out of town--wanted them to simply empty out the spa, clean it- and refill it with fresh waters and balance the chemicals. The day I came home, there was an invoice for 17.00 for "cleaner"- the tub was filthy, and the filter was removed..thought they had finished, but just done a crappy job. After contacting them 3 times (eventually going into a store) talked to one of the 3 regional managers of the region- who told me they had put some strong chemical into the tub to kill the mold--and turned it on to "run through the jets to kill the mold"..which hadn't been on in 8 months...they spread the mold through the system. I told him that they needed to contact me when they came back before they did anything--which he assured me they would. A week or so later--I came outside the house, to find another invoice for a cleaning and service..they had done it while I was home, and not bothered contacting me again. I contacted them by phone, and told them they had no right, nor my permission and wanted them to come back to explain to me what they had done, and how I could manage it best--they told me I had to reschedule another appointment- which I did. The secretary called me back 2 days later, and told me it would cost me another 100.00 after already invoicing me over 300.00 just to come back. I fired them on the spot--and will never return. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. STAY AWAY!!!

KEN OUR POOL MAN IS GREAT. I CARE FOR THE POOL DURING THE REST OF THE WEEK . WHEN KEN CARED FOR OUR POOL I NEVER HAD TO ADD CHEMICALS TO THE POOL. HE KEEPS THE POOL SO CLEAN AND SPARKING. HE ALSO GAVE ME POINTERS ON POOL CARE.

HAVE HAD TO TAKE HOT TUB WATER IN SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE IT TESTED AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN TELLING US WHAT WAS NEEDED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS WE WERE HAVING.

THE SERVICEMAN CAME OUT AND REPLACED THE MOTHERBOARD, BUT TOLD ME HE COULD NOT TOUCH THE SPA AGAIN UNLESS HE INSTALLED AN EMERGENCY SWITCH OUTSIDE. ALSO, DID NOT REPLACE AN ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL PIECE THAT PROTECTS THE MOTHERBOARD.

AQUA QUIP HAS BEEN OUR ONLY STORE TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES FOR OUR SWIMMING POOL AND HOT TUB. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY TYPE OF PROBLEMS WITH OUR CLARITY OR LEVELS OF CHEMICALS IN EITHER OF OUR POOLS.
