Dan from All-In-Improvement is nice, super professional, reasonably priced and reliable. He's the only one I call nowadays when I need some work done!

I have hired All in Improvement many different times for numerous handyman projects. He has also run wire for us. I would whole heartedly recommend his services.

I called.  He arrived and completed the repair.  I mailed him a check.  It was very nice that he was so trustworthy as I'm out of town and this tenant is important to my apartment business.

Due to being overextended, Dan was late and took over two weeks to finish our small job. In order to get it done, he was here until 9pm the second day. Dan's drywall work is excellent. However, he cut the molding a few inches short in the bathroom and had to patch it. He took a long time getting the short piece of molding done in the kitchen. When we mentioned we weren't satisfied with the patched molding, he did offer to replace it. He helped my husband install a new toilet and taught him how to do the second one by himeself. There is nothing wrong with his work if he hasn't scheduled too much of it for him to do well. I would only use him again if we had a clear understanding of the start and finish of our job and he didn't have too much going on elsewhere.

Dan worked with our plans and provided solutions that made sense. He clearly understands structural framing and does the job right.

His name is Dan Callan. He is a licensed contractor. He does not actively advertise, but he is good. He is on a temporary vacation now. We asked for the work to be delayed until he got back. So the work is on hold, but we are happy with him. He was willing to do work on either a bid basis for each job or on the hourly basis. We chose the hourly basis. He charges $50 an hour which is pretty reasonable. We use him for various sundry jobs. He did electrical and plumbing work. He was one of the installers of a hot tub that we had installed about a year ago. We liked his job ethic. He said he would be happy to do additional work. One of the jobs he did was to fix another contractors poor job. That contractor was licensed but he did not do the work well. We wound up firing him and having Dan complete the work. It was a pocket door that had failed and needed to be replaced. He has done some many jobs for us. He is top notch.
