Went great. He cleaned even more than we were hoping. All stains and spots are gone (or look much better--4 year olds are tough on flooring--dried glue is impossible to completely remove....) He even helped move some boxes in a room we didn't think would be able to be cleaned so he could get that room, too.

Kelly was able to come the same day and provide an enzyme treatment which totally got rid of the smell. He was able to confirm with the UV light where the problem areas were. Extremely happy with the service and have been using him ever since for all my carpet cleaning services.

Kelly did, as usual, an amazing job. I've used ABC Jet Steam for years and his services are both inexpensive and better than any other carpet cleaning services in the area. Removed pet urine stains, rust marks, and as always paid special attention to the staircase, corners and crevices.

Kelly was very kind and professional. He called me the day before my appointment and asked if he could move it back an hour (from 9am to 8am) because of the I-90 bridge closures that day. I had no issues with this. On the day of the appointment, he called about 10 minutes before he arrived just to say he was on his way. Upon arrival, he inspected the areas we asked him to clean and started pre-treating right away. We asked if he could clean under our master bedroom mattress (as our two cats love to sleep under there), which he agree to do so provided we moved the mattress and box spring (which we did). He completed all areas in about 2.5 hours. Carpets came out great. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

"Thank you so much for using ABC Jet Steam! We appreciate your business. As we discussed prior to the work being done, severe urine contamination spanning years, is something that steam cleaning alone is not going to be able to fully address. In many cases the carpet must be pulled, the padding replaced and the sub-floor sealed. Using a "green" enzyme pretreatment we were able to lessen the odor and also lighten the staining to a reasonable degree, while only charging for the product used ($45) and not charging for any additional labor or for a post urine treatment that was applied to the carpet after the steam cleaning was complete. We wish we could have taken care of the odor and stains 100%, but, as we discussed prior to the work being done, that would be highly unlikely. I was however, very pleased to note that after the cleaning was completed there was a marked difference in the odor level as I entered the residence, also on the subsequent day when I came back to inspect I noticed that there was no perceivable urine odor and the stains were significantly lightened. Arrived on time. Set-up, reviewed the area and determined if there was anything else needed. Decided it was as bid and completed the work. I asked when he recommended that we re-do and he indicated that it should be done in a year. Will definitely use him again.

Great. Super friendly, completely competent, knowledgeable, flexible. Good price for service. Included pre-treating with "eco-friendly" spray, 3200 or so square feet of carpet, two staircases, protectors under furniture to prevent rust, etc. Everything you would expect. VERY efficient work. Will use them again for sure. Debbie flies small planes. Fun to chat with her about that. All was how it should.

I have been using Kel and Debbie from ABC Jet Stream for about 10 years. They are awesome! Independent, green company. They do a great job, and with two teenagers and their friends in the house our carpets get pretty beat up. Per my request, they call about every 6 months to see if I need any cleaning done. I love that they call and remind me; no pressure, just a friendly phone call but it makes it so easy for me to set an appointment with them. They have been miracle workers on my suede couch! They are always on time and leave everything clean and tidy. I trust them to do a great job whether I am home or not. Very ethical and friendly. I have referred them a lot and will continue to use them!

ABC Jet Steam came to our rescue on very short notice and did an excellent job....as they did the first time I hired them about a year ago. On 12/16 I originally hired another company to steam clean our carpet because it was a special "deal". The solo technician from that company arrived at 8:00 AM, but his equipment malfunctioned resulting in our living room being sprayed with a fountain of water...it was a real mess! Once we started to get that mess sorted out, I believe I called Deb of ABC Jet Steam around 10:00 AM in the morning. I left a voice mail, telling them of our dire situation and wondering if there was any way they could help us out on such short notice? Deb phoned back in less than 10 minutes and said that, yes, they could come out but it would likely be around 3-4 PM as they had other jobs already booked for the rest of the day. She said they often leave "holes" in their schedule in order to be able to accommodate emergency situations such as ours and not to worry. She asked me a few particulars about what had happened to make sure they would have the necessary equipment with them when they arrived. She said she'd keep in touch with me as the day progressed with a more exact arrival time. As promised, she phoned after lunch to let me know it would be 3:00 PM. And, as with the first time they cleaned our carpet, they were completely professional. Those two have it down to a science and they work together like a well oiled machine.They steamed our basement, two sets of stairs, the dining and living rooms and were pulling out of our driveway at about 4:30....and we spent a bit of time visiting in their 1.5 hours here! I will never, ever use another company to steam clean in my home as long as ABC Jet Steam is in business. Their pricing might be ever so slightly higher than other companies, (actually, their bill turned out to be only $40 more than the "deal" that made a giant mess of our living room!) but they use green cleaning products (I believe it is BioKleen....but am not positive), they do EXCELLENT work and they are some of the most kind and pleasant people one could ever hope to meet.

Because I have pets, they do a pre-enzyme spray on everything they are going to clean. I met them because a different carpet cleaning company that I had scheduled didn’t show up so I needed someone at the last minute and they responded. From that time forward, they have been punctual and their cost is very accurate. They measure what they are going to clean and charged based on square footage rather than doing a rough estimate. Debbie owns the company and calls me every six months or so to remind me and she is really good about working with my schedule. Debbie and her husband always come together and they are professional; they wear the slippers, the prep the floor, and they are good about cleaning up after my pets. I think they are very nice people and I like supporting a small business from within my community.

It's a husband and wife team and it is always the two of them that show up. I like them very much. They do excellent work and they'll work on spots, move furniture, and they always do an excellent job. I've had people do it for cheaper but these guys are so much better.
