Oleg was prompt with quotes and has been great with communication cleaners did a fantastic job on my embarrassingly dirty house. A cleaner has continued to keep my house shiny with her bi-weekly visits.

Cleaner was pleasant, punctual, and thorough. I felt a little put out at having to pay more than I'd anticipated with the coupon, but it was well worth the money.

Lyuda came today and she is a lovely women she never stopped working for the 4 hrs she was here. She will continue to be my housekeeper which is great because she left everything picture perfect! I'm so glad I went with this company. Great work ethic, on time and a great price!!

Cleaned Entire downstais: Kitchen, Living room, entry hall way and entry bathroom  Cleaned Upstairs Master bath, Guest bath and vacuumed stairs.  (1500sqft home).  She had a great attitude and worked hard the entire time dusting, mopping, scrubbing and cleaning hard to reach in-between spaces.  The stainless steel on my appliances looks brand new.  My shower has never been cleaner.  Sinks and counter-tops were spotless.  Floors were mopped and swept.  She vacuumed rugs and carpet.  She was so thorough that I'm still discovering things have been cleaned.  I have already referred A&K to 12 friends. 

The service went well. She was a very hard worker and did a great job. My wife was the one home for the service. She said she was very impressed with it. We had no issues with scheduling.

I  have hired A&K to clean my condo every two weeks.  Two weeks ago they sent a housekeeper who spent three hours doing an in-depth cleaning.  Lyuda thoroughly cleaned every corner of the bath and kitchen, the hardwood floors, the baseboards, the window sills, the Venetian blinds, the doors, the rugs, under the rugs, behind the sofa--everything.  She left the place so clean that it made it easy for me to keep the place in good shape until she returned today and did the whole thing again in about two hours.  I auditioned other housecleaning services listed on Angie's list before settling on A&K--a very good firm that is providing me with the level of cleaning that I want and that is a good value at $90.

They did very well, it looked very nice.

Maria is always on time, she is so sweet and conscientious and does an excellent hob of cleaning each time she comes. Even our dog loves her. We've had two others come to clean when Maria couldn't be here and they were excellent too. A&K is the best service we've ever used for cleaning.

I made arrangements with Oleg, the owner, to have the cleaning done. He told me what their services involved & how they do things. When I told him that I was very particular & actually wanted things done differently & done my way, he agreed & said I should give directions to Luda. I was so happy with Luda on 2/26/14 that I signed up to have her come regularly every 4 weeks! (In order to get the same person every time, you must sign up for cleanings done every 4 weeks.)
Luda is extremely competent, personable & fastidious. She made me feel totally comfortable & trusting. One thing that I most appreciated about her was her practice of really listening to me, understanding what I wanted (often by asking questions throughout the cleaning), & then doing it! She apologized for her poor English but her listening skills more than make up for any difficulty she has in expressing herself. I like to give detailed instructions & supervision -- my family & friends would say I'm a little "OCD" but this didn't seem to bother Luda at all. I wanted her to use my equipment (including a hand vac & attachments), rags, etc. I wanted her to do a more thorough cleaning of only half of the condo & to do the rest next time. Luda seemed to be solely motivated to please me & do everything my way even though I could tell it wasn't how she usually did things. 
In my conversation with Oleg afterwards, he seemed a little perplexed by all my wishes but very agreeable to fulfilling them. I've had many house/condo cleaners over the years & this is the first time I've felt listened to & been happy with the results!

Everything about A & K cleaning has been great.  We love our cleaner Maria she is prompt thorough and pleasant.  Oleg always calls the day before to remind us she is coming.  This is our first experience with someone cleaning our home and we could hardly be happier.  We have even thought about having them come more often than every other week.

Very detail oriented.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and that was fine. They did a good job, it wasn't remarkable, and it wasn't bad. I would probably use them again. I just used them because it was a very good deal. I wasn't looking for a reccuring service. They did what they said they would do.  They were very responsive, and punctual.

Cleaning crew was courteous & professional. Asked me about any specifics that I wanted done & completed all tasks in a timely manner.

The service was fantastic.  The cleaners were prompt, professional, and did a great job cleaning.  They spent 30 minutes longer than agreed (at no charge) to finish up the work.  I was absolutely pleased with the quality of the work.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went great. I purchased the Big Deal in January and then I've been using their services ever since then. I did go over a little bit on the price. They charged me hourly. I think they're really organized. They call every Sunday night just to remind me and they're super flexible. They're a really good company.

A&K Cleaning was good. They came out when I called and made the appointment.
