Also, we are time constant and coming every week and every two or four weeks at the same time, we can be flexible as well in case you have some unplanned schedule changes. Provider was excellent in follow up. Unfortunately I had a misunderstanding regarding the scope of services (cleaning) that would be provided. Provided offered a full refund and to redo the service, neither was necessary as overall the service received for the dollars spent was fair. I should have called the Provider directly while the cleaner was working, think that would have resolved the misperception. Again, the Provider followed through - a true sign of character and professionalism. I will use them again.

Standard clean, erased our family measuresements on the closet door. Owner obnoxiously calling to say time was up. Some good deep cleaning of windows, but generally overpriced. Would ask the owner how much he's getting versus his workers...

"Thank you so much for your feedback. I apologize we didn't meet your expectations. We'll be more than happy to compensate part of the money if you feel like our service was overpraised. We truly believe that money that our customers spend should match the quality of cleaning service they receive, overcharging or overpricing is really not our goal. I am sorry we erased the family measurements but cleaning doors and doors frames was your top priority for this project. Since no special instructions were given, we did our best to make those doors as clean as possible. I always call at the end of cleaning to make sure that everything went well and to ask if there is anything else we can do. I am sorry if you had impression that my curtesy call was all about saying that the time was up. Often times we spend extra time after we ran out of hours that customer bought with our deal. Since your wife told me on the phone that everything was good, I let my team go. And answering you last question about my employees' compensations, I can say without the doubt that my team members have one of the highest salaries in the state comparing to other cleaning companies. Question about my personal compensation/salary consider as inappropriate. Again, I apologize for all the inconvenience and will be happy to send you a check with compensation."

We bought the coupon for 4 hours of deep cleaning the kitchen in our condo including deep cleaning of refrigerator and oven. Christina did a good job given the time at hand. She arrived on time and worked non-stop even working for almost an hour of extra time to complete the job charge free. Oleg provided courteous and excellent customer service. Would hire them again!

I had a list of priorities for cleaning, as part of getting my house ready to sell.
This was my first experience hiring a cleaning service. I reviewed several companies and was impressed with the owner, Oleg, from the start. His communications were prompt and clear, and responsive to my questions and needs.
The cleaning person, Christina, arrived on time and did a thorough job.
There was one mishap, the wrong cleaning agent was used on my stove's control panel and damaged it. Oleg resolved this with initiative and diligence. Since the part couldn't be replaced, he found another stove that was acceptable to me and delivered and installed it, and hauled off the old one. He was very concerned that I be satisfied with the solution, and I am very, very pleased with this kind of exemplary service.
It's my pleasure to highly recommend A&K Cleaning.

Very, very good experience.
I called the day before and they were able to come out to do the cleaning.
I provided a prioritized list of what was needed and they completed it.
Supervisor called and asked at the end if the work was completed in a satisfactory manner and it was.
I would use them agian.

I purchased the 6 hour cleaning deal from A&K throuhg Angies list with an extra 2 hours added once they were on site. When I spoke to Oleg to arrange the details I specified that I needed a "deep cleaning" that we could use as a basis for a regularly scheduled cleaning service and that I believed it would take more than the 6 hour deal purchased to get the level of clean that I wanted since I had been partially disabled for a while and have a 3 story house.
We arranged for 2 cleaners for 3 hours to arrive in a week at 8am in the morning. The 2 cleaners were very punctual and after a quick tour of the house and my pointing out the areas that I needed cleaned they went right to work. You know they say be careful what you ask for....I got a "Deep Cleaning!". They scrubbed counters, cabinets, inside and underneath appliances and furniture. they got everything off the floor near my pantry and arranged nicely so they could clean everywhere. The areas they completed were remarkably clean! They didn't get as much much of the house done as I thought they would in the first visit however the owner called me during the service to discuss how much the team thought they could get done that day and why. The ladies doing the cleaning also asked me to prioritize what they accomplished this first day so I got what I wanted in the first cleaning session. I was very happy with the communications from the owner and the level of service provided in the first visit and plan to have them back the following week to finish the "deep cleaning" of the whole house.
