Wonderful! Eric gave us an estimate based on our address and the number of windows we gave, and worked with our schedule around a fence install. He was on time, prompt, and completed the job in about 3-1/2 hours. He even pressure washed a small wood deck not on the list. Our outside windows were filthy, and had never been washed in about 23 years. He noted that because of that there was "pitting", a small whitish precipitate at the bottom of some windows that wouldn't ever come out. Our bad, not his! Everything looked great! We will hire Eric again in a flash! Great price too!

Eric was a very congenial guy to work with. He showed up on time, understood the task, and even went above and beyond. I have a large parking area that usually takes me 4 hours to powerwash myself. In addition to that, Eric powerwashed a 50ft. driveway, and 30 cement stairs, all no extra cost, and he was done in 2.5 hrs. I am hiring him to come back and do pressure washing around our rental property, as well as some decking.

I have been trying to find a good roof and gutter cleaning deal since some time but most of them apply to composite roofs. So after 4 years of owning our house but not cleaning our roofs, all our gutters and shake tiles were full of pine needles and twigs. We have 10 pine trees in the backyard so you can imagine how much stuff comes down every fall. Then one day I decided to do something about it - I came across Fine Reflection and noticed that most reviews were good and said that the cost was low. So I decided to give Eric a call. He picked up the phone immediately and set up an estimation appointment for the very next day. He arrived at the scheduled time - provided a good estimate. He came the very next day and completed the work. He was also nice enough to pressure wash one of my bay windows for free. Eric blew out/pulled out all the debris nicely. The roof looks great and clean. No more mosquito breeding ground in the gutters too. Eric cleaned out the area after the job too. Really happy with the service and cost.
