Elmer and his crew did a great job, no surprises, and were very thorough. Elmer listened to my concerns, from paint type, to the sanding work, and about some cracks in ground floor window bases that needed to be sealed--and he told me what he would do and then did it. They are not the cheapest bid you will get, but I am glad I went with them. Would recommend them highly, and will hire them again.
