Our builder contracts with Winterbourne Landscape to provide professional landscaping for our new house project. Our lot is a large lot. Jim took the site plan and came to our lot to discuss about our desire for the landscape. He then put together a draft with his proposal on the landscape design. We made some tweaks and simplification. They worked smoothly with our builder and worked to get us on track for various permit inspections. Jim was willing to swap out some plants for us after we pointed out that some of the plants were not what we expected. He made sure I was happy with where to lay the shrubs and trees. We wish they could trim back some more on the trees at the back of the yard. Overall, they did a good job building the landscape for our house.
