Our team is experienced in both residentail and commercial new construction, replacement, remodel and hiscrocial markets. We cater to the customer/contractor and architect coordinating all efforts when it comes to purchasing new or replacement windows of any types. We represent many local and regional manufactueres which we thoughtfully promote to our customer dependant on their needs.

Following installation, it was discovered that there was an unexpected issue with the hardware on all four windows. John contacted Eagle to report the issue and much to our surprise, Eagle agreed to replace the sashes in all four windows. When they arrived, John sent out his delivery truck (still no fee). He even let us hang onto the old sashes so we could take our time and stain/seal the new windows prior to swapping out the old ones. Believe it or not, there was a different issue with one of the sashes on this second delivery, so once again John went to Eagle and got them to replace the problem sash. So back out came the delivery truck (again, no fee). One of these days we will finish and swap out that final sash (yes, it's been sitting unfinished for months) and John said whenever we are ready he will send the truck back out to collect the old sashes.
We will definitely contact WWand D again for future window needs. My only complaint is that they don't have a promotional email or mailing list and they don't seem to offer discounts. If they set something like that up, they would deserve an A+!
BTW - don't let the issues with Eagle fool you...the windows we got are gorgeous, high quality, and the issues we ran into were really flukes that would have been hard to predict or catch. We would go with Eagle windows again in a heartbeat!
