When you get quotes, make sure one is from Ry. Our water main broke. We needed it repaired ASAP. I wanted to hire the 1st guy that showed up. He was a nice guy, and I had no reservations about doing business with him. But the price was pretty high. And they were talking about going up around the top of the drive way, including moving huge slabs of my driveway. I didn’t know of a better way to go about it without tearing a channel out of my driveway Anyway, My wife insisted we get a few more quotes. Reluctantly I started looking for other folks that could do the work. I think it was my wife that found Ry. Ry came by the next morning. It was a Saturday. We evaluated various ways to approach replacing the water main. It wasn’t a straight forward process as the waterline goes under the driveway. Ry said “No problem.” Said he would just boar a tunnel under the driveway. Really, you can do that? He assured me there would be no problem. Explained the basics of how that would work. Minimal impact on my property, wouldn’t have to mess with the driveway, and the price he quoted me was thousands ( yes thousands) less than other quotes. 4 – 5 thousand less than other quotes. Ry told me he had to get to a ball game for one of his kids. And to let him know if we decided on him doing the work. Oh, and he wouldn’t be able to do the work for another week because he was taking one of his kids to California for a tournament. Wow, a man putting fatherhood above work. That pretty much sealed the deal for me. That told me the man has his priorities correctly aligned. And that’s someone I want to do business with. Ry was back in a week and had the water main replaced with minimal impact to my property. I have no hesitation recommend doing business with Ry, and would certainly look him up if I again need his services.

The connection to the sewer also required re-plumbing the drains in the crawl space under the house, and Ry worked well coordinating with the plumbing contractor to minimize disruption to our lives during the transition. Ry gave us a firm schedule, and when work had to be delayed a day due to weather he again worked with us to minimize our inconvenience. As a result, everything went very smoothly. The required excavation necessarily tore up our yard, but Ry did a good job of restoring it to as close as possible to the way it was. All in all we are very satisfied.

Perfect! Responsive, professional, quick, efficient, courteous & half the price of a few other bidders into the bargain. RY and his team found ( No Easy task in itself give plastic pipe used between the street and my house's copper) and Trenchlessly replaced this 36 year old leaky main with New PEX piping with a Tracer Wire for easy location in the future. The whole crew was first class putting all our fears to rest in a matter of hours. The water of course had to be shut off momentarily but we never even noticed. I am so happy I could clap my hands! We have a sewer reroute to complete too and I will most definitely be calling these guys for that job too.

Ry is a straight shooter who provides professional, honest, reliable, excellent service for a fair price, not the ridiculous plumbing company price (two Angie's list companies bid the same job for twice the price, without the replacement of the aggregate concrete patio hole created to access the water line). The job was done in a short day. We are really fortunate to have found such an honest, hard working professional!

After using Simply Leak Detection to locate the break in the water line, I sent a photo to Ry Warden.  He gave me a very reasonable rough estimate.  Ry started the repair early in the morning and had the hole buttoned up before noon.  We are very pleased to have the leak repaired and the water back in service.  I would use Warden Construction again.  The service was worth every penny.

They fixed the leak from the main pipe feeding the house in a timely manner and at a good price.  They leak was under the driveway which they patched up adequately afterwards.

Ry with Warden construction was referred to me by a sewer contractor.  I had a problem with all of my downspouts being plugged and not draining into the side sewer.  Ry came out.

Great. Wouldn't hesitate to use Warden Const again.
