Tile specialists actually required us to scrape out caulk and loosen grout prior to them coming in. Tile specialists had to come back twice because initial job (only approximately 1/2 hours worth of work) was done shoddy and messy. They required me to tape areas I wanted grouted and when worker arrived he just pulled up all the taped areas without bothering to look where I had identified problems. Worker was also late. Was disappointed that person doing the actual work wasn't a part of initial conversation. Individual that came to review shower problem, was not the person that did the work.

THE TILE SPECIALISTS WERE VERY TIDY, BECAUSE THE OLD SLATE FLOOR WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE AND IT WAS DUSTY. THE INSTALLATION THEY PERFORMED WAS VERY WELL DONE, AND THEY HAD TO INSTALL THE TILE PIECES ON THE DIAGONAL.
