Installed a nice rift and quarter sawn white oak floor with water based finish. The floor looks good and we are happy with it. I think that they know floors.
At first they did not seal off the rest of the house well enough, so we had sawdust in other living spaces. Once we pointed that out, they did a better job.
He went out of his way by pre-mixing stains that he thought we would like.
There was some information (how to clean, etc.) that we had to contact them for afterwards, but they were very responsive. I'd just say think of information (how soon can I walk on the floor after finishing, how to clean, etc.) you might want to know and ask it when they are around.
We would be likely to use them again.

I had new floor put in. He did a awesome job. He is very knowledgeable about wood and knows how to put it in. There are no cracks, nothing. He did a great job.
