Sleep Country Redmond

Went to Sleep Country USA to buy a twin mattress for my 2 year old daughter. The owner, Jack Oziel, was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. He was a real gentleman. He brought us straight to the sale section and showed us the cheapest models first and did not push the sale at all.We bought the mattress that he suggested and when we had it delivered (for free) today I realised that I had misunderstood the order and had paid also for a box spring which I did not need. called Mr Oziel which promptly apologised (although it may have been my fault!) and told me they will refund me straight away.All I had to do was tell the delivery men that I rejected the box spring.Also, included in the free service they take away your old mattress. And the night before the delivery I received a phone call to arrange time of delivery in a two hours window that suited me. And did I mention that he has some toys in the store that entertained my daughter? He also did not mind at all my daughter running all over the shop! It was really a pleasure to buy from Mr Oziel.
