Mold Remediation, Mold Testing
We needed to have our crawlspace inspected for mold damage and/or infestation. I had looked at the company's website beforehand. The customer service representative gave me no new information that wasn't already available on the website, was quite brusque and generally made me feel stupid for not knowing much about the current state of my crawlspace. They offered to provide an estimate for a fee, which would be applicable towards any work performed. Instead, I found a different company that offered to provide a free estimate, and that had far superior customer service.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE THAT SERVICES UNLIMITED PROVIDED. THEY EXPERTLY DIAGNOSED THE SITUATION AND DEVELOPED A PLAN TO CORRECT IT. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PAINT AND TILE THEY USED AND INSTALLED MATCHED THE ORIGINAL.
