My insurance company assigned Saber Construction to repair the damage and restore the
home .
The event occurred on the 9th of May and Saber began work on the 13th of May. The work involved hardwood floor restoration , drywall repair , painting and carpet and pad replacement.
Everything that Saber did had to be redone, replaced or repaired. For example, my dishwasher was damaged during it's removal prior to the hardwood floor replacement to such an extent that Saber emailed me that it could not be reinstalled. My insurance company finally told me to hire other contractors to do the work which included tearing out and replacing the hardwood floors installed by Saber, buying and installing a new dishwasher and repairing and repainting walls and wood trim.
That was just the beginning I was served with a lien on my house because despite the fact that my insurance company paid Saber for the work that they did Saber did not pay their subcontractor and the subcontractor they filled the lean against my home.
Don't put you home at risk use someone else.
