The seal on my kitchen floor is un raveling and looks bad. Also the other various projects are only 85% completed. I thought S & S Remodeling were going to come back out to finish the sump pump and the bathroom but he never showed up. Over all, I was happy with the work at first but became disappointed as the various projects progressed.

Scott himself was not involved in the project other than to do the preliminary measurements and estimate. Workers were late and messy; we were cleaning up construction dust for weeks even in areas they had draped with plastic; cement dripped and hardened onto pots and pans that had to be tossed; garage, driveway, cars, everything was a mess. I think they committed to more than they could handle or knew how to do. We had to hire a second contractor and team to complete the job.

The overall experience with Scott and his crew is excellent. The work is very good and at a very fair price. He does not have a showroom or salespeople which makes the overhead lower than those who do. His estimates always hold firm unless I make changes. His workers are also very good. The tile work by Landon is exceptional. The dollar amount above is for my most recent project which included a reface of a fireplace, some detailed paintwork on a banister and an almost total bathroom (I kept the cabinets and sinks to save money). It is almost complete and, as usual, looks great!

S & S did a very professional job. They were skilled and friendly. We had a few minor scheduling issues, but nothing too large. They are very nice people and worked with me. They are definitely a top notch company in my book.
